Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin which can be found in two forms; retinol and beta carotene. Retinol can be found in foods from an animal source, with the other type of Vitamin A being derived from colourful fruits and vegetables. Retinol can be used directly by the body, whereas beta carotene needs to be converted into retinol first before it can be used.
Vitamin A in the retinol form can be found in cheese, eggs, oily fish, dairy products and liver. The beta carotene variant exists in green leafy vegetables, yellow vegetables and yellow and orange coloured non-citrus fruits.- Normal iron metabolism

If you have changed your mind after the courier has picked up your order, then you must organise for the return of the products for a refund. The goods must be returned to Bay Supplements within 7 days of the goods being received, and in an unused and unopened condition. Unless the goods are faulty, the products will not be refunded or replaced if they are used and or opened. Return shipping for faulty goods will be covered by Bay Supplements. Return shipping for non-faulty goods will be covered by the customer.
