Directions For Optimum 100% Casein Protein:
Use ON 100% Casein Protein first thing in the morning, immediately before bed, in place of small meals, and/or any other time when delayed protein absorption is desired. To encourage a positive nitrogen balance, consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day from a combination of high protein foods and supplements. For even better results, consume your daily protein allotment over several small meals spread evenly throughout the day.

If you have changed your mind after the courier has picked up your order, then you must organise for the return of the products for a refund. The goods must be returned to Bay Supplements within 7 days of the goods being received, and in an unused and unopened condition. Unless the goods are faulty, the products will not be refunded or replaced if they are used and or opened. Return shipping for faulty goods will be covered by Bay Supplements.
