Key Benefits
- Fast-acting carbs — Each 30ml sachet packs 27g of carbs to fuel training and racing.
- 1:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio — This balance uses two carb pathways, helping your body absorb more fuel per gel.
- Easy on the stomach — A single-ingredient formula means no fillers or preservatives that can upset your gut on long efforts.
- Thin, drinkable texture — Runs smoothly from the sachet, so you can take it in without slowing down.
- Pairs with your electrolytes — No added salt, so you can dial in your own hydration plan.
How It Supports Your Training
Long sessions demand steady carbs, but many gels come with a heavy, sticky texture and ingredients that can churn your stomach. Sap Maple keeps things simple with organic maple as the sole source, giving you a clean 27g carb hit that's quick to take and easy to digest. The 1:1 glucose-to-fructose split helps your body pull in more fuel during extended efforts.
Suitable For

Suitable for vegan and gluten-free diets.
FAQs
How many carbs are in one gel?
Each 30ml sachet delivers 27g of carbs in a 1:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio. That ratio helps your body absorb more fuel during long sessions.
Does it contain electrolytes?
No. Sap Maple has no added salt, so you're free to pair it with your own electrolyte mix to match your sweat rate and conditions.
Why choose a single-ingredient gel?
Many athletes find that gels with maltodextrin, thickeners, or preservatives can upset their stomach. Sap Maple uses organic maple only, which is why it's popular with marathoners, cyclists, and HYROX athletes.
