Directions:
As a dietary supplement take 2-3 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before bedtime, or use as directed by a physician or licensed nutritionist. For best results, men should use 3 capsules daily. The recommended dosage for women is 2 capsules per day. Avoid taking with dairy or other calcium-containing foods or supplements.

If you have changed your mind after the courier has picked up your order, then you must organise for the return of the products for a refund. The goods must be returned to Bay Supplements within 7 days of the goods being received, and in an unused and unopened condition. If accepted the refund will be processed minus a restocking fee of $9.99. Unless the goods are faulty, the products will not be refunded or replaced if they are used and or opened.
