Recommended Use
Mix 1 serving (4 level scoops) with 480–960 ml of cold water or whole milk in a large shaker cup or blender for 20–30 seconds. Consume 1 serving daily. For maximum results, take 1/2 serving (2 scoops) between meals and another 1/2 serving immediately post-workout, or whenever you need to hit your daily caloric targets.

If you have changed your mind after the courier has picked up your order, then you must organise for the return of the products for a refund. The goods must be returned to Bay Supplements within 7 days of the goods being received, and in an unused and unopened condition. If accepted the refund will be processed minus a restocking fee of $9.99. Unless the goods are faulty, the products will not be refunded or replaced if they are used and or opened.
