Recommended Use

Setup: Wrap the padded cuff snugly around your ankle with the steel D-ring facing the direction of the cable pull (facing back for kickbacks, or side for abductions). Press the hook-and-loop strap firmly to lock it in place.

Attachment: Clip the cable machine carabiner directly through the steel D-ring.

Training Tips: Use controlled tempos on cable kickbacks, lateral leg raises, inner thigh pull-throughs, and cable hamstring curls.

If you have changed your mind after the courier has picked up your order, then you must organise for the return of the products for a refund. The goods must be returned to Bay Supplements within 7 days of the goods being received, and in an unused and unopened condition. If accepted the refund will be processed minus a restocking fee of $9.99. Unless the goods are faulty, the products will not be refunded or replaced if they are used and or opened. Return shipping for faulty goods will be covered by Bay Supplements. Return shipping for non-faulty goods will be covered by the customer.
