How to use:
Add 2 heaped teaspoons powder (approx. 7.7g) to 200mL water and stir thoroughly. Use as a pre-training boost, or as a pick-me-up during the day when you need it most (we’d recommend not consuming within 6 hours before sleep). Do not exceed two servings per day.

If you have changed your mind after the courier has picked up your order, then you must organise for the return of the products for a refund. The goods must be returned to Bay Supplements within 7 days of the goods being received, and in an unused and unopened condition. Unless the goods are faulty, the products will not be refunded or replaced if they are used and or opened. Return shipping for faulty goods will be covered by Bay Supplements. Return shipping for non-faulty goods will be covered by the customer.
