Use 3 scoops (Athlete) for competition days, heavy training, or when you are sweating heavily. The flexible dosing system means one tub covers all scenarios.

Is there any sugar or erythritol?
None. Precision Hydration contains zero sugar, zero erythritol, and zero sugar alcohols. It is lightly sweetened with Sucralose to keep calories at just 2 per serve without the gut discomfort that sugar alcohols like erythritol can cause in some people.
 
How many serves are in one tub?
Each 300g tub contains 100 serves at the Everyday dose (1 scoop), 50 serves at the Active dose (2 scoops), or approximately 33 serves at the Athlete dose (3 scoops). At the Everyday level that is over three months of daily hydration from a single tub.

Bay Supplements uses NZ Couriers within New Zealand.

If you have changed your mind after the courier has picked up your order, then you must organise for the return of the products for a refund. The goods must be returned to Bay Supplements within 7 days of the goods being received, and in an unused and unopened condition. If accepted the refund will be processed minus a restocking fee of $9.99. Unless the goods are faulty, the products will not be refunded or replaced if they are used and or opened. Return shipping for faulty goods will be covered by Bay Supplements. Return shipping for non-faulty goods will be covered by the customer.
